For deliveries to Canada, Altitude Sports guarantees the promised delivery dates. We reimburse shipping fees for all orders that arrive after the promised delivery date. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather, credit card verification or postal strikes are not counted against allocated delivery times. Note your shipment may arrive before the promised delivery date.
For deliveries to the United States and other countries, Altitude Sports does not guarantee estimated delivery dates. Couriers’ sub-contract shipments & customs’ variables are unknown. For more info, read the following section.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
Same-Day Delivery is available in the Greater Montreal area for orders placed before 1 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 1 PM Eastern will arrive the next day.
Next-Day Delivery is available in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Quebec City and other regions of Quebec for orders placed before 1 PM Eastern.
Next-Day Delivery is available from Monday to Thursday in the Greater Vancouver Area before 12PM PDT, in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina before 1PM MDT and in Winnipeg for orders placed before 2 PM CDT.

Due to supplier agreements, certain items cannot be shipped outside of Canada. The information regarding U.S. & International availability is displayed on the product page. If you place an order including multiple items, of which one or more items cannot be shipped to your destination, we will remove those items and ship the rest.
Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all surplus fees (taxes, duties, customs charges, etc.).
Altitude Sports can ship orders to EU countries.
U.S. and International orders are not subject to Canadian taxes.

Since Altitude Sports eGift Cards are virtual, there are no shipping fees associated.
When will I be charged for purchasing an eGift Card?
You will be charged at the time of purchase.
How are eGift Cards delivered and what does the recipient receive?
Our eGift Cards are emailed to the recipient within minutes of your purchase. The email sent to the recipient includes the eGift Card number to be used on our website along with the amount, the recipient's name, a personalized message (if desired), and instructions on how to redeem the eGift Card.
If the eGift card has not been received in time, confirm the recipient's email and ask them to check their SPAM folder.
At any time, if you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. Please refer to your order number or be ready to supply your email address.
Please note that eGift Cards received in error are subject to cancellation.
Redemption and use
Our eGift Cards can only be used on altitude-sports.com, and they have no expiration date. Your order amount will be deducted from your eGift Card balance after every purchase. The unused balance will remain on your eGift Card. If a purchase exceeds your balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
Your eGift Card balance cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent permitted by law.
Purchases made with a gift card and returned will be re-issued as Alti Dollars on your account, the only exception being for non-refundable items.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards & Fraud
The risk of loss and title for eGift Cards is passed on to the purchaser following electronic transmission of the eGift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any eGift Card is lost or stolen, or any eGift Card is used without your permission.

Why Am I Asked for a Password When I Don’t Have an Account?

Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later—with no interest!
When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, Altitude Sports will process your order as if you have just paid the entire price—but you will have only paid a fraction of the cost.
Does Sezzle perform a credit check?
Sezzle completes what’s known as a “soft check,” which means they take a look at your credit score as part of their risk check—but this doesn’t impact your credit score.
Sezzle uses this information to help verify your identity and approve you for Sezzle.
How does Sezzle work?
Sezzle breaks down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase. The remaining amount is spread out over equal installments (typically three installments), each installment two weeks apart.

What if I want to return or exchange a purchase?
Returns and/or exchanges follow the same process as any other purchase at Altitude Sports, regardless of payment method.

To save you time, we allow you to try different product sizes or colours at home and return them within 60 days.
Like many businesses, we are not exempt from increased global costs facing the energy sector. As a consequence, we've had to adjust our returns delivery fees from $7.99 + taxes to $9.99 + taxes. The change will be in effect as of May 13.

60-day return policy
Product returns are eligible for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
We process returns Monday through Friday. During peak periods - December 1 to February 1 - the return process can take up to five (5) business days.
In order to return an item, you must ensure that your product meets all the following criteria:
It was purchased from Altitude Sports
It was purchased less than 60 days ago
It is in a new and unused condition
It must never have been worn
It must have been shipped to Canada
Product Must Be In Perfect Condition
All products returned to Altitude Sports must be in perfect condition. The product will:
Have all of the original labels and tags
Be in original packaging (with the original hanger if applicable)
Be as clean as when initially shipped
Have no unusual odors or fur/hair
Be tried-on over underwear for hygienic reasons (swimsuits)
Not have had bindings installed (skis and snowboards)
Altitude Sports reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection and ship the product back to the customer at their expense. At our discretion, we may impose restocking fees.
Reimbursements, Not Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. It's quicker to consider each transaction separately. If you prefer another size or colour, order that style and send back the unwanted product.
Returning Products Purchased On Sale
You can return a product purchased on sale. If you wish to buy the same product (same color, year of fabrication) in a different size but it is no longer on sale, we’ll match the initial purchase price. Contact customer service before placing your order.
Carabiners, child strollers, avalanche airbags, underwear, consumable foods, face masks, skis and snowboards that have had bindings installed are non-returnable.
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers must inspect products upon reception. If there is damage, a defect, or if it is the incorrect product, the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of reception. Arrangements will be made to return the damaged, defective or incorrect product free of charge, and we will allocate the customer a full refund.
Returning Products Purchased With Alti Dollars Or Expirable Credits
If you return a product purchased with Alti Dollars, the Alti Dollars will be refunded to your account. If you've purchased a product combining Alti Dollars with another payment method, we'll refund you through the same payment methods.
If you return a product purchased with Expirable Credits, the Expirable Credits will not be refunded. Expirable Credits are single-use only.
Your order will be refunded within five (5) working days of receipt at the warehouse.
AltiDollars will be added to your account.
Expiring credits will not be refunded as they can only be used once. They will still be applied to your order if you make a partial return.
For an order placed via Sezzle, the charges will stop, and the amount you have already paid will be refunded via Sezzle.
Please note that refunds to credit cards or Paypal can take up to seven (7) working days to appear on your bank statement.
Returns Without Pre-Filled Return Label
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse by authorized couriers like Canada Post, FedEx & UPS.
You can select your preferred carrier for the return, but we recommend using a service that offers insurance and real-time tracking of the package.
Be advised that you will be responsible for all return postage, customs, taxes and other charges associated with the return. We strongly suggest contacting the chosen carrier to minimize these charges.
Marketplace Return Guidelines
To return a product:
If your product was sold & shipped by Altitude Sports, send it back to Altitude Sports.
If your product was sold and shipped by a Marketplace seller, send it back to that seller.
If you have an inquiry about price matching or are requesting a price adjustment on a previously placed order, please contact customer service for assistance.
All price matching requests must meet the following conditions:
If you find a product you purchased from Altitude Sports priced lower by a competitor, or if that product's price has decreased on our website within 15 days of your purchase, we will refund your account the difference in Alti Dollars.
We only consider price matching competitors to be based in North America and authorized dealers of the brand and product in question, whether online or traditional retail. A competitor must be authorized to ship that brand and product to Canada.
The product must be identical in brand, model, sizing, colour, and year of fabrication.
The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from our competitor at the price you requested. We will not price match out-of-stock products or expired sale prices.
Our customer service agents must be able to verify the requested price match via telephone or internet from the competitor. Verbal agreements are not eligible.
When price matching we add the competitor's shipping fees to the product price, i.e. if a competitor's product sells for 200$ plus 50$ shipping, we consider the total price match cost to be 250$. This applies to any additional charges we incur when price matching.
We only offer price matches in Canadian Dollars. If a price match is requested on a product priced in U.S. currency, we will use the Bank of Canada's current U.S.-to-Canadian dollar exchange rate to calculate the total cost of a product.
Auction sites, liquidation and clearance sales, used products, demo or floor models, and unofficial websites are not eligible for price matching.
We reserve the right to limit the number of products purchased under our price matching policy.
Our price matching cannot be combined with any additional discounts or promotions, except the 5% membership discount (if applicable).
